I have number form synesthesia which is a mental map of numbers that “automatically and involuntarily appears” whenever I think of numbers. This is how my mental map looks, except the black background has white points of light on it like the night sky. I have the same thing with days of the week and dates in general. My mental calendar only has one right angle though, at 1900. Both the days of the week and the years on my mental calendar are upside down, like I am looking down at the list from above. The months of the year are more like a calendar with me looking at it from the side.

I am also a number form synesthete and my mental number map is almost identical to yours!
Mine also make a right angle turn at 10 but goes in the opposite direction to 20, and then makes another right angle at 20 but again goes in the opposite direction of yours, back in the direction it started from. At 30 it makes yet another right angle and then ascends to 100 where the sequence starts over and then forever ascends in a corkscrew like pattern.
When i saw your diagram I was amazed because of how similar it is to mine!
Happy to report that the image above is PRECISELY how I “see” numbers. So glad I’m not the only one!!
