I’m so glad he is talking about how microaggressions load up

Laughing out of discomfort at someone being a dick is something I have had to work on. I realized it can be seen as agreement with whatever BS they are spouting. Now I stare and sometimes give a side eye or raised eyebrow if I can’t bring myself to say something. It is a tiny step.
