I saw the movie Cloud Atlas today and it was just as good as I expected! I read the book last year and was so happy to hear they were making it a movie. It is long and jumps around a lot between different time periods, so if that bothers you, you probably won't like it.

Back home after 14 days on the road and over 5,000 miles! Some of the places we went were places I visited ten or even nineteen years ago; makes me feel old. It was so nice to see family and relax. Mike did ninety percent of the driving so I could take over 2,000 pictures. It will be a little while before I can sort through them and share the good ones. Whenever we saw wildlife, I pretty much just kept snapping.

This morning we went a little south of Goldendale and stood in a spot where you can see Mount Hood, Mount Saint Helens, Mount Adams and Mount Rainier! We don't know if we could actually see Mount Saint Helens, but the other three were clear as day. This afternoon my cousin Ryan J Jacobs is getting married! Congratulations Ryan and Morgen!
