“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Remember this when people say that we should only let in the Christian refugees or that protestors have no right to protest. They are wrong and the bill that just passed the House is also wrong. I am writing my rep to tell him how disappointed I am in his “Aye” vote today.
